FAQsIllegal Drugs Out to Graze Festival does not condone the use or supply of any substances prohibited under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. This policy will be enforced from the point you enter the festival to the moment the gates close and everyone is off site. If you break the rules of our festival and more importantly you break the law you will be liable to eviction from site and/or police intervention. Our security team aren't stupid so don't think you won't be noticed if you're getting up to mischief! Can I bring my own alcohol? Out to Graze is an independent festival and because of this the bar sales keep our event alive. We go to lots of festivals ourselves and so we've put an alcohol policy into place that we feel is fair to everyone. Our bars are reasonably priced and well stocked to cater for all but the most outlandish tastes! To get you going each night or for that big chill out session at the camp.... You may bring following: EITHER: 12 cans beer/lager/cider per person OR: 6 cans and 1 bottle of wine per person (decanted into plastic bottle). You may only bring this in on first entry. STICTLY NO SPIRITS/HARD LIQUOR & STRICTLY NO GLASS BOTTLES. Soft drinks may only be brought in if the bottles are NOT open. Will there be cash machines on site? You will be able to get cash back from our bar. Where are my tickets? If you've bought tickets online you'll have bought E-tickets, you should have received a confirmation email containing a unique reference code when you bought the tickets. If you can't find your ticket details please contact the ticket agent you bought them from and they'll be able to help. If you've purchased paper tickets from a shop then please keep them safe! Unfortunately we won't be able to replace lost or stolen paper tickets. When can I get a timetable/line-up/programme? You'll be able to buy a programme in advance HERE. Programmes bought in advance can be collected when you arrive. When can I arrive and when do I have to leave? The Out to Graze gates open at 12:00hrs on Friday 8th July, you can stay on site until 12:00hrs Monday 11th July. Please note there will be no admissions to the site after 01:00 Fri/Sat and 18:00hrs Sunday. How old do I have to be? Due to our licensing conditions Out to Graze is an over 18's event. The OTG security team will be enforcing a “Challenge 21” policy. This means if you are lucky enough to look like you're younger than you are or are under 21 please bring ID. The accepted forms of ID will be passports, provisional or full driving licenses and portman group cards. When I get to the festival site can I camp anywhere? You can camp in any of the camping areas designated for tents. My friends are staying in the Campervan field – can we camp with them? Each campervan is allocated 9 x 6 metres of space, usually enough for an awning and/or a small tent. As long as you remain within their allocated pitch you can camp with them. What kind of food can I buy? As a small festival we only use approved caterers. This year we're really excited to have appointed Boudoir Bliss as the main caterer for the event. Click here for more info. Can I use a BBQ? We are really to have been given permission to use the out festival site and as such we want to protect it. If you'd like to bring a BBQ with you we ask that you pay a small fee for a paving slab so you don't burn the grass. Paving slabs will be available from the site office for £3 please be aware that our security and stewarding teams will be patrolling the site so please don't let them catch you without a slab!!! Can I have an open fire? Sorry, because we want to ensure everyones safety open fires will not be allowed anywhere on site. If you decide to break these rules you may be liable to eviction so please respect the site owners wishes. Can I bring my Dog/Rabbit/Yak? Because we love Yaks they're the only animal allowed on site....but on a serious note due the site owners wishes we don't allow any pets or animals into the festival. Please don't bring your pets, if you do bring animals, don't expect to be able to leave them in the car you will be asked to leave the site. If we find animals locked in cars we'll be forced to take action. What are the toilets like? We've all heard the horror stories of festival toilets! Our sanitary facilities will be regularly cleaned and we work hard to ensure they are kept to a standard we are happy using ourselves. Saying that it's up to you, if you respect the toilets and help to keep them clean other people will do too, that way everyone gets to take a poo in relative comfort! |
